Refunds & Returns Policy
Flowers are perishable, so we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or colour/flower preference. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll fix it fast.
IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH YOUR BLOOMS:
Email hello@budsieflorals.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll assess and offer a replacement, credit or refund where required.
Issues we’ll make right include: damaged on arrival, not as described/represented, or missing items.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Seasonal availability can change daily. We may substitute stems of equal or higher value to match the overall look and size.
DELIVERY HICCUPS
If no one’s home, we may safe-drop or re-deliver (redelivery fees may apply).
Wrong or incomplete addresses may incur a redelivery fee.
Severe weather/operational delays can shift delivery windows, but we’ll keep you posted.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel before we start on your order (generally 24 hours prior). Once we’ve purchased/prepared stems, cancellations aren’t possible.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL. Where consumer guarantees aren’t met, you’re entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, refund) depending on the issue.
