ORDER TIMING

We’re a pre-order studio. Please place orders at least 24 hours in advance ( 48 hours for specific flower/colour requests). Once your order’s ready, we’ll email pick-up details or let you know when your delivery is on the move.

DELIVERY DAYS & WINDOWS

We currently deliver Mon, Tue + weekends, typically between 10am–5pm. We’ll do our best with timing notes, but exact times can’t be guaranteed.

DELIVERY FEE & AREAS

$15 flat fee within our Brisbane delivery area. If you’re outside the area, email hello@budsieflorals.com for a custom quote — we’ll do our best to help.

PICK-UP

Pick-up from our Brisbane studio is available by pre-arrangement. We’ll share the exact address and time once your order is confirmed.

IF NOBODY'S HOME

We may safe-drop your flowers in a shaded spot (or with a neighbour) and send a confirmation. If access is restricted (gated/apartment) or a re-delivery is required, additional fees may apply.

WEATHER & OTHER CURVEBALLS

Brisbane storms and other unexpected issues can shift delivery windows. If anything changes, we’ll keep you posted.

We deliver across Brisbane for a $15 flat fee.
